NCEU 2018 Badge Name Changer

1. Make your badge Discoverable in its main menu
2. Note the last 4 hex digits of its Bluetooth address
3. Enter a new name below and click "Send to Badge"
4. In the popup that appears, click on your device based on the Bluetooth address above
5. Restart your badge
